At Fruganics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased from Fruganics can be exchanged or returned within 5 days of delivery if any of the following conditions are met:
- The packaging is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the original specifications or is not as described.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing contact@richganics.pk. We will review each case individually and strive to be fair to all parties involved.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective, faulty, or damaged item, please email photographic evidence of the issue to contact@richganics.pk within 5 days of delivery. Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. The defective item will be collected by our delivery rider during the replacement delivery.
Refund Process
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned products. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and a deduction of Rs-200 will be made for delivery costs in case of a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Scenarios Where Returns & Exchanges Are Not Supported
There are certain situations where we cannot support returns and exchanges, including but not limited to:
- Requests made outside the specified 5-day timeframe.
- The product has been used or tampered with.
